About
Gaza → DublinIn Gaza, a child will carry a wounded kitten through the rubble because it is the one thing left to protect. We never turn them away.
When the war came, I stayed. For months I was the only vet still working in Gaza, seeing up to a hundred animals a day, from cats carried in by children to the animals of Gaza's zoo. The horses and donkeys came too. With no fuel left, they carry water, food and whole families.
Every animal we heal gives something back to the family around it. Sometimes a child's smile. Sometimes the strength to keep going.
That is why I founded Aman Vet Center in 2022, and why I still lead it from Dublin today.
Far from Gaza. Never away from it.

ongoingAman Vet Center
Three clinics across Gaza. I guide our team, even from afar, and open doors for them through my network inside and outside Gaza.
Emergency care
Wounds, surgery and treatment for pets and the animals families rely on, the moment they arrive.
Keep the doors open →Animal assisted therapy
With gentle companion animals, we ease the trauma of war for women and children, and bring them back into the life of their community.
Bring a smile back →One Health
People, animals and the land share one health. When one part breaks, the rest suffers with it. In Gaza we protect that balance every day, and carry what we learn to the world.
Gaza's zoo
I supervised the care of Gaza's zoo through the war, including its last lions. Aman still stands by them.
Wildlife research
MSc in Wildlife Conservation, studying Influenza A in seals stranded on the Irish coast.
